🌱 All products are carefully made and packaged by me. Your order will be shipped with PostNL or DHL (and possibly a local partner in your country). However, if there are any issues with your product due to an error, or an accident from the mail that has left your product damaged, please contact me preferably within 24 hours to a maximum 3 days of delivery, along with a photo of the damaged product. Please rest assured I will work to make sure a replacement is offered or a refund will be processed by Etsy.

SHIPPING WITHIN THE NETHERLANDS AND INTERNATIONALLY
All orders are shipped via PostNL including track & trace. Estimated delivery times can be found in every listing and at checkout. This might not include the time it takes for us to process your order (1 - 5 business days), and might not include weekends or holidays.
The shipping times listed are “close” but not guaranteed - as several factors can slow down an order once it leaves our hands (such as weather, the holiday season, pandemics, etc).
Occasionally international packages can be held in customs. Because we cannot control the speed at which processing occurs through your country’s customs officials, please understand that we are not responsible for shipping delays once the order leaves our hands.
IF AN ORDER DOES NOT ARRIVE BY THE EXPECTED DATE
📚 If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery time, please let us know via Etsy messages WITHIN 4 DAYS after the estimated delivery date.
Within 4 days the postal service can start a process to find your order. They might not be able to start a case if you contact me after 4 days. A number of factors can influence mail speeds (weather, holidays, pandemics, etc). We may ask you to wait a bit longer whilst the postal service is doing their investigation. We will do everything we can to locate your order and work with you toward a solution.
📚 HOW TO TRACK AN ORDER:
Visit the tab labeled “Purchases and Reviews” within your Etsy account. Within this tab, you’ll find all of your existing orders, as well as your tracking.
IF AN ORDER IS LOST
If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery time, please let us know WITHIN 4 DAYS after the first estimated delivery date via Etsy messages.
We will do everything we can to locate your order and work with you towards a solution.
Please note:
- During the pandemic delays and covid measurements vary greatly between countries.
- The postal service will calculate estimated delivery by adding: normal estimated shipping time + current pandemic delays in/to your country + optional customs controls (up to 6 weeks, varies per country).
Either after this time frame has passed and your order does not arrive or if your order is declared lost, we will send out a replacement order or issue a refund if replacement is not possible.
IF AN ORDER IS MARKED UNDELIVERABLE
📚 If your address was not entered correctly at the time of purchase, your package may be marked as 'Undeliverable' and will usually be shipped back to me. Once I receive your return order, I will request an edited address to re-ship your order. In the event of a re- shipment due to an incorrect address, you are responsible for the additional shipping charges.
Your options are:
- I can ship your order again by making a custom listing for you where you can pay for the re-shipment costs after you edited your address in your Etsy account.
- I can refund your order value minus the shipping costs, fees, taxes and possible damages.
I will only use the address Etsy provides me at checkout, please check if this address is correct before ordering!
CUSTOMS AND DUTY FEES
📚 Some countries require a Duty Fee, Tax, or Customs Charge before an order can be delivered. These charges are 100% the buyer’s responsibility - as you are the recipient of the mail. This is not an additional shipping charge, nor are we responsible for covering your taxes and duty fees. Please be aware of the individual taxes, duty fees and customs charges for your specific country.
📚 MARKING ORDERS AS “GIFTS” TO AVOID DUTY FEES:
Requests to mark orders as “Gift” on our customs forms to avoid your possibility of paying a customs fee or tax will be ignored. Marking purchased goods as “Gifts” is illegal. Please be aware of the individual taxes, duty fees and customs charges for your specific country before you order.
IF THERE IS ANYTHING WRONG WITH YOUR ORDER
📚 We don’t goof often, but if we do, we will always take care of the issue for you! If for any reason your order is incorrect, please don’t hesitate to let us know within 3 days of delivery so that we can fix your order ASAP.
📚 If for any reason your order was damaged in the mail, please contact us within 48 hours of the order's arrival, along with a photo of the damaged item and the package. From there, we will contact the postal service. We will send you additional information on how this will be solved depending on the instructions of our postal service. We will be more than happy to replace your order or refund you if replacement is not possible.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on personalized or custom orders, digital downloads and intimate items. These orders cannot be resold, therefore, we ask that you please contact us with any questions before making a purchase.
For items that can be returned: If you didn’t absolutely love your order, we are happy to exchange or refund your purchase after the item arrives back to us. Please message us via Etsy within 14 days of the items arrival. We do not cover your return shipping back to us. Please send us the tracking information.
Returns must be unwashed, unworn, undamaged and unused in order for us to accept an exchange or refund. Once the order has arrived and we have inspected it, we will issue a refund.
WARRANTY
📚 Our products include a free warranty!
Face masks - 3 months
Leather products and stickers - 1 year
📚 Please follow our care instructions. Please contact us with your order number, as well as a description of any damages to the product. From there, we will gladly repair or replace* your order for you.
📚 You are responsible for the shipping charge when sending an item in for repairs BUT I will gladly pay the shipping when returning it back to you!
* Disclaimer: It may not always be possible to reproduce limited release products. In rare cases it may have to be replaced with another item of equal value.
